1. Promoter
The promoter is Sensium Pty Ltd ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility
Entry is open only to registered attendees of the ACTA 2025 Conference taking place on 20–21 August 2025 ("Conference").
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies or partners directly associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens at 9:00am AEST on 20 August 2025 and closes at 3:00pm AEST on 21 August 2025.
4. How to Enter
Entrants must attend ACTA 2025 and complete the Sensium Lucky Spin activity at the Promoter's stand.
Each spin will result in one of the following:
• 1x Entry into the Main Prize Draw
• 5x Entries into the Main Prize Draw
• 20x Entries into the Main Prize Draw
• 50x Entries into the Main Prize Draw
• Mystery Daily Prize Draw entry
• Spot Prize (awarded instantly at the Promoter's discretion)
Limit: one entry per person per day per unique email address.
Multiple entries are permitted across both days, subject to the daily limit.
5. Prizes
Main Prize: 1x iPad mini Wi-Fi 128GB – Space Grey (valued at AUD $799).
Daily Mystery Prizes: Two (2) prizes awarded on each day of the Conference (mystery prize contents to be determined by the Promoter).
Spot Prizes: Awarded instantly at the Promoter's discretion during the Conference.
6. Prize Draws & Winner Notification
Main Prize Draw: Will take place at the discretion of the Promoter during the Conference. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries collected during the Competition Period.
Daily Mystery Prize Draws: Two draws per day will take place at the discretion of the Promoter during each day of the Conference. Entries do not roll over to the next day's Mystery Prize Draw.
Winners will be announced at the Promoter's stand and/or contacted via the email address provided at entry.
All prizes must be collected in person during the Conference. If a winner is not present, the prize may be redrawn at the Promoter's discretion.
7. Conditions of Entry
Winners must present valid Conference accreditation to claim prizes.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Privacy
The Promoter will collect personal information (name, email, organisation) for the purposes of administering this competition, contacting winners, and as a way of contacting entrants in the future to tell them more about Sensium's products and services.
By entering, entrants consent to receive communications from the Promoter. Entrants can opt out of these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe function or contacting the Promoter directly.
9. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If the competition is disrupted for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the promotion.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
